OvoBee App Refund Policy

At OvoBee, we are committed to providing a positive user experience and high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for purchases made through the OvoBee mobile application ("App").

1. General Refund Terms

All purchases made on the OvoBee App (e.g., subscriptions, consultations) are processed securely through Google Play Store’s payment system.
Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been used, accessed, or delivered.
However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and Google Play Store’s refund guidelines.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service or accessing purchased content, and the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, you may request a refund.

  • Unauthorized Purchase: If you believe a purchase was made without your consent, you may request a refund. Please report unauthorized transactions to us immediately at [email protected].

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same subscription or service, you may be eligible for a refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Services that have been fully accessed or delivered (e.g., completed consultations).

  • Subscription fees if the subscription has been used during the current billing period.

  • Promotional offers, discounted purchases, and trial periods.

  • In-app purchases that are non-consumable (e.g., one-time services or digital goods).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • 1. Go to the Google Play Store and find your purchase history.
  • 2. Select the item you want a refund for and click on Report a Problem.
  • 3. Choose the option that best describes your issue and submit the form.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us directly at [email protected] with the following details:
  • Your name and email address registered on the App.
  • Order ID from the Google Play Store receipt.
  • A brief description of the issue and reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests submitted through the Google Play Store are subject to their processing times and policies.
If approved, refunds will be credit within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.


6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.

Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period.


7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision or have any concerns, please contact us at [email protected]. All jurisdictions lies with high courts in Haryana.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.
