The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
The OvoBee App offers fertility insights, AI-based consultations, psychological support, and other fertility-related tools, including the Conception Score and dietary recommendations. We may update the features periodically.
The information and services provided through the App are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Do not disregard medical advice based on information from the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You will not misuse the App by attempting unauthorized access, tampering with security features, or uploading harmful content.
The App offers both free and paid services. You can choose from various subscription plans, including AI-based consultations (₹ 1699) and premium consultations (₹ 2499).
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through your selected payment method.
All payments are processed securely through Google Play Store’s payment system.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all payments made are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the Google Play Store’s refund policies.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OvoBee and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App’s content without our express written permission.
By submitting content (e.g., video journals, feedback), you grant OvoBee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the services.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., fertility clinics, testing devices). OvoBee is not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of third-party services.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
